PGA National is a planned, master community of 2,340 acres located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens between Mirasol Country Club and Ballen Isles Country Club and known for its commitment to the game of golf. Five championship calibre courses attest to this. So, in a golf community, what name speaks to a rich golf heritage more than living in The Masters at PGA National.
Within PGA National is a gated section of neighborhoods known as Eagleton and one of these nine communities is The Masters. The single-family homes in The Masters are three and four bedroom with between nearly 2,000 square feet to about 2,700 feet, most with private pools. Limited to only 62 residences, homes in The Masters feature high ceilings with crown molding, 8 ft. sliding doors featuring views of The Fazio golf course, stainless steel appliances and gourmet kitchens. Since these are some of the newest PGA National homes, designs and amenities are more contemporary than other communities.
PGA has devoted 800 acres to green spaces including the five golf courses, playgrounds, parks, hiking trails and biking paths. In addition, since PGA is positioned on the western side of Palm Beach Gardens, 240 acres was set aside as a preserve to encourage wildlife from the preserve to visit so residents can enjoy birds and maybe an otter from the viewing pavilion.
PGA is centrally located along the main corridor through Palm Beach Gardens, PGA Boulevard. Just 5 minutes away you will find all types of restaurants from sushi bars to raw foods or waterfront dining at The River House or The Waterway Café. PGA Commons, Midtown at the Gardens and Downtown at the Gardens offer even more choices for dining.
The PGA Tour stops here in March when they play The Honda Classic on The Champion course. The courses wind through the entire community and views of players await you at nearly every opportunity.
