It was this, plus the fact that years ago during one of the worst hurricanes our area had in decades you were thoughtful enough to send us photos while we were traveling of our house and the pool area where the screened enclosure had come down so that we could return home to do repairs (during which time we got hit by the second hurricane!) made us decide that you would be the one we would sign with to sell our house when the time came and we have not regretted it for one minute.
